A good quality Polish or Hungarian war hammer
A good quality Polish or Hungarian war hammer (Nadziak or csakanyfokos), 17th century. The heavy head is of robust proportions, and is made from finely watered steel and is inlaid with 6 silver cartouches. Mounted on a later turned mahogany haft.
