A 6 shot 64 bore self cocking percussion pepperbox revolver signed “Tipping & Lawden”, London proof marks, barrels nicely engraved at the muzzles. Squared frame and hammer, signed and nicely engraved with foliage overall, sliding safety catch. Blued trigger guard and trigger, finely chequered walnut butt, vacant silver escutcheon, sprung cap box lid in buttcap. A crisp, high grade pistol with traces of colour hardened finish.
