A bronze and ebony model of an early 19th century carronade c 1850. The two stage barrel of conventional form with a cascabel tapped for an elevating screw, and a lifting loop. An integral loop under the barrel is secured to the bronze mount on the ebony carriage by a separate axle. Bronze elevating gear and hauling rings, two part carriage.
