A Burmese dagger Dha
A Burmese dagger Dha, mid 19th Century. The single edged blade with a shallow fuller. The ivory hilt carved with a demonic figure having a dragon’s head and human limbs, its body is encased by pierced scrolling foliage. Hilt with silver ferrule en-suite with the silver sheath mounts on its wooden sheath.
