Description:
A gold inlaid horn shaped steel priming flask, probably from Lvov, Crimea, second half of the 17th century, with foliate borders and geometric designs overall including cross-shaped finials, screw on end cap, brass suspension loops.

Overall length 6¼” (15.5cms)
Notes:
The inlaid gold decoration on this flask is identical with that found on the famous sabre blades from Lvov which also frequently include Catholic images.
