A good African Abarambo or Mangbetu tribal dagger
A good African Abarambo or Mangbetu tribal dagger c 1900. The spear shaped blade with raised and flattened central rib. The one piece ivory hilt carved with a crosspiece, 4 swollen grip bands and a rounded pommel. Contained in its leather sheath with woven seam and with iron windings. Good age patina.
