Description:
A Burmese short sword dha, 19th century. The heavy single edged blade is swollen towards the tip. The hilt is made from a single section of elephant ivory and fitted with a silver ferrule decorated with filigree en-suite with the silver covered scabbard which is struck on the end with a repeated maker’s mark. Excellent age patina
